Survey Digital PV projects for 2020-2023 at €200 million

Survey Digital, which, in the last six months alone, has signed contracts for approximately 315MW of photovoltaic projects in Greece, has presented a portfolio of PV projects for 2020 to 2023 worth 200 million euros.

The company’s strategic partnership with Alpha Bank has secured €100 million for its own investments and another €100 million from its customers from markets in Greece, France, Spain, Turkey and China, Survey Digital noted in a statement.

Through four Special Purpose Vehicle Companies (SPVs), Survey Digital is currently implementing a total PV portfolio of 183MW, comprising of 8 projects of 6.00MW, 6.36MW, 3.48MW, 4.16MW, 10.07MW, 13.00MW, 40MW and 100MW.

Survey Digital is participating as the majority shareholder in the SPVs for these projects.

Self-financing covering 30 percent of projects has been secured from Greece, France and Spain, while 70 percent of the financing will be provided by Alpha Bank Greece for a business plan totaling 104 million euros, the company statement noted.

Meanwhile, Survey Digital has also signed contracts to develop a further 100 MW for foreign investors-independent energy producers from France as well a portfolio of about 60 small projects of 500kW and 1MW investors from Greece, Turkey and China.

The company’s headquarters were recently relocated to a brand new independent office building in the Athens suburb Gerakas.

Survey Digital, which boasts a rich resume in Greece and abroad, zero debt, and dynamic growth, is fully-owned by Dr. Kostas Daniilidis, one of the first photovoltaic energy producers in Greece, a founding member of SPEF, the Hellenic Association of Photovoltaic Energy Producers, and its first president.

Survey Digital applies for local PV production licenses totaling 43 MW

Survey Digital, through its affiliate SPVs Survey Energy #1 and Survey Energy #2, has submitted applications for production licenses concerning PV projects totaling 43  MW and located throughout central and western Greece to RAE (Regulatory Authority for Energy), Survey Digital has announced in a statement.

The Survey Digital applications, submitted for RAE’s March 2019 applications cycle, concern a portfolio of projects of 6, 6.36, 3.48, 4.16, 10.07, 4.21, 3.32 and 5.46 MW, the company noted.

Since 2006, Survey Digital has developed hundreds of MWs of solar projects in Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Lebanon and the USA.

Enel Green Power awards Survey Digital maintenance contract

Italy’s Enel Green Power has once again awarded Survey Digital a maintenance and support contract for its 27.7 MW portfolio of installed Satcon inverters at the Altomonte, Nola, Deruta and Strambino locations, following a tender.

Survey Digital operates as licensed representative of Satcon, an exclusive supplier of parts, and non-exclusive associate for provision of services in Europe.

Survey Digital has offered Enel Green Power these services since 2012 and has now secured at least a further three years.
