Syriza’s lead over ruling New Democracy (ND) stands at 4.7% and 4.3% in two new opinion polls released during the weekend.

More specifically, according to Metron Analysis, Syriza gets 23.3% of voter preferences, followed by ND with 18.6%, To Potami with 5.9%, the Communist Party (KKE) with 4.4%, Pasok with 3.7%, Golden Dawn with 3.5% and Independent Greeks with 2.8%. 

According to MRB, Syriza gets 23.9%, followed by ND with 19.6%, To Potami with 7.5%, the Communist Party (KKE) with 5%, Golden Dawn with 3.9%,  Pasok with 4% and Independent Greeks with 3.1%. Importantly, both polls show that the majority of voters are against early elections.
