The Ministry of Environment and Energy reassured that there would be no increase in electricity tariffs while there would be discounts up to 80 pct for customers entitled for social tariffs.

However, the ministry announced the review of the institutional framework and the imposition of stricter controls in order to put an end to widespread fraud.
