M+M Gas receives new 135,000-m3 LNG load

M+M Gas, a firm belonging to the Mytilineos and Motor Oil corporate groups, received a new 135,000-m3 load of liquefied natural gas (LNG) last Saturday, helping ease any risks posed to the country’s electricity supply by coinciding strike action taken by the PPC public power corporation’s workers’ union, GENOP.

In terms of ordinary cubic meters of natural gas, this LNG load amounts to 81 million cubic meters.

The timing of the delivery, during the PPC union strike, which increased the demands on natural gas stations, improved natural gas supply considerably and assured the smooth supply of electricity throughout the country.
