Greece’s PMI rose to 49.1 points in November

Greece’s Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) rose to 49.1 points in November (vs 48.4 in Oct.), to its highest level since August, a report by Markit said on Monday.

The report attributed this slight increase in the PMI index in November to a stabilisation of production, after two months of decline, reflecting a continuous rise in the production of consumer goods.

Νew orders fell for the third successive month, although at the slowest rate this year.

Manufacturers further cut their workforce, although the decline rate continued falling for the third successive month.
