The Greek government has passed measures to tackle the humanitarian crisis in 2016 and help the most vulnerable social groups with a legislative act signed on Dec. 24, government sources said on Monday.

According to the sources, the Act show the government’s commitment in measures that relieve those who have been hurt most by the economic crisis and which were never cancelled or suspended, as the opposition wanted.
