“The political developments are overshadowing the achievements that have been made during the last years in the Greek economy”, NBG’s Chairman stated.

He also highlighted the risk that investors may focus more on the politics and less on the underlying fundamentals of the Greek economy while warned that a return to the uncertainty experienced over the last years would undermine the country’s economic recovery.
