Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will meet on Monday with visiting European Commission Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis at the Maximos mansion

Meanwhile, the Commissioner stressed, in an interview  with VIMA newspaper. published on Sunday, his belief that Greece can return to growth in the second half of 2016.

 Dombrovskis told to the newspaper that “top priority is the implementation of the programme and the successful completion of the evaluation”. On the debt issue, Dombrovskis referred to longer repayment and grace periods adding that it is “extremely important to ensure that the programme is on the right course when the time comes for the banks’ recapitalisation. Referring to the migration issue, he said that the new service for the support of the restructuring reforms that the European Commission has created, already offers to Greece the necessary assistance for the management of the migration crisis.
